Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to lease 54,700 square feet of space from Southwest Properties Partnership for a term up to and including March 31, 2027, at an annual rental rate, exclusive of HST, of $1,779,738 for fiscal years 2018-19 to 2021-22, inclusive, and $2,050,488 for fiscal years 2022-2023 to 2026-27, inclusive.
