Under the authority of Part IV of the Schedule to the Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation Limited (Lease) Act, 1961 and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to grant consent for Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation Limited to enter into a long-term sublease with Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation for a transmission line corridor running from Churchill Falls to Wabush, substantially as set out in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
