Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Wanda Penney as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Client Services) in the Human Resource Secretariat, Executive Council, on an acting basis, effective October 21, 2013, with a 10% increase applied to her current salary, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to October 21, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
