Under the authority of section 12 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources to enter into a Timber Exchange Agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited to:
a) allow the Crown to harvest timber on Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited licensed lands in forest management districts 6, 9, 14 and 16; and
b) allow Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited to harvest timber on Crown lands in forest management district 10,
 substantially along the lines of the draft Timber Exchange Agreement, including maps, attached at Annex I to the Minister’s Submission.
