Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Smith as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Strategic and Corporate Services) in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective October 21, 2013, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan and with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
