Under the authority of sections 6 and 6.1 of the Public Utilities Act, and section 21 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby suspends, with pay, the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities appointed pursuant to OC2008-004, effective June 19, 2017.
