Under the authority of section 39 of the Schedule to the Labrador Mining and Exploration Company, Ltd. Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to issue Surface Lease 22-5 to the Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation, substantially along the lines as attached at Annex B to the Minister’s Submission.
