Under the authority of section 3 of the Public Inquiries Act, 2006, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled “Commission of Inquiry Respecting the Death of Mr. Donald Dunphy Order (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to extend the date for the termination of the Commission of Inquiry from June 30, 2017 to September 30, 2017.
