Under the authority of section 3.1 of the Insurance Companies Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby directs the Public Utilities Board to undertake a review of automobile insurance in the province, substantially along the lines of the revised Terms of Reference and Scope of Review on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
