Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Labour Relations Board, effective immediately:
a) Brenda Grimes, as Vice-Chairperson, for a five-year term;
b) Jacqueline Penney, as a Regular Member (Employer Representative), for a two year term;
c) Larry Pittman, as an Alternate Member (Employer Representative), to fulfill the remainder of the term previously held by Jacqueline Penney until November 2, 2017, and for further two-year term effective November 3, 2017;
d) Christina Rose Kennedy, as a Regular Member (Employee Representative), for a two-year term; and
e) Sean Noah, as a Regular Member (Employee Representative), for a two-year term.
