Under the authority of section 4 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Joseph Boland as the Chief of Police for the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective July 4, 2017, with salary at Step 17 on the 2136 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
