Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals as part-time Review Commissioners to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, for a three-year term:

a) Derek Ford, effective immediately;
b) Gerald Lloyd Thompson, effective immediately;
c) Brenda Greenslade, effective immediately; and
d) Robert Noseworthy, effective July 10, 2017.
