Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to remit a maximum of $1,740,845 per fiscal year in 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21 for managed land tax owed by Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited under the Forestry Act and the Forest Land Management and Taxation Regulations.
