Under the authority of section 12 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources to enter into a timber transfer agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited to acquire all rights under its current timber licences associated with 10,180 hectares of agriculture areas of interest, more specifically described in Annex 3 attached to the Minister’s Submission.
