Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds up to $1,786,000 against its 2018-19 budgetary appropriations, to facilitate a contract award for the renovation and extension to St. Peter’s Primary School to Marco Services Ltd.
