Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Todd Stanley Q.C., as Deputy Minister of the Department of Justice and Public Safety and Deputy Attorney General, on an acting basis, effective July 1, 2017, with salary at Step 18 on the 2556 Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
