Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Elaine Chatigny as Assistant Deputy Minister (Population Health) in the Department of Health and Community Services, on an acting basis, effective November 18, 2013, in accordance with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
