Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 6 and 7 of the Research and Development Council Act, section 21 of the Interpretation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby amends the terms of office of members of the Research and Development Corporation Board of Directors appointed pursuant to OC2014-150 and OC2015-128 to provide for new term expiry dates as follows:
a) Dr. Laurier Schramm, until July 19, 2017,
b) Mr. Fred Cahill, until July 19, 2017,
c) Ms. Muriel Attane, until July 19, 2017, and
d) Ms. Karen Muggeridge, until July 19, 2017.
