Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Colleen Stockley as Assistant Deputy Minister (Professional Services) in the Department of Health and Community Services, on an acting basis, effective November 18, 2013, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
