Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint David Conway as the Chairperson of the Labour Relations Board for a five-year term, effective August 7, 2017, in accordance with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
