Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Eldred Barnes as Associate Deputy Minister of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, effective September 5, 2017, with salary at Step 18 on the 1856 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
