Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Elizabeth Churchill as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Kindergarten to Grade 12 Education and Early Childhood Development) in the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, on an acting basis, effective August 1, 2017, with salary at Step 12 on the 1628 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to the Executive to apply.
