Under the authority of section 31 of the Management of Greenhouse Gas Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor to proclaim into force sections 6, 19, 25, 28 and 30 of An Act to Regulate Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Industrial Facilities in the Province, SNL 2016, Chapter M-1.001, on the date of publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
