Under the authority of section 6 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007 and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robin Fowler as a member of the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, effective July 14, 2017.
