Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Eddie Joyce, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment; Registrar General; Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board; and Minister Responsible for the Office of Climate Change, with effect from July 31, 2017.
