Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Shelly Smith as Executive Director (Corporate and Information Management Services) with the Office of the Chief Information Officer, effective April 1, 2013, at her current salary and Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to April 1, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to the Executive to apply.
