Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Lisa Dempster, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development; Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation and Minister Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities, with effect from July 31, 2017.
