Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act, section 3 of the Financial Administration Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Thomas Osborne, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Finance; President of Treasury Board; Minister Responsible for the Human Resource Secretariat; Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer; Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation; and Minister Responsible for the Public Service Commission, with effect from July 31, 2017.
