Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Gerald Francis Byrne, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, with effect from July 31, 2017.
