Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure Executive Council, effective July 31,2017, to exclude all of those functions formerly within the Office of Climate Change and with eight offices as follows:

a) Cabinet Secretariat;

b) Communications and Public Engagement Branch;

c) Human Resource Secretariat, with two branches as follows:

i) Labour Relations, and

ii) Compensation and Staffing;

d) Intergovernmental and Indigenous Affairs Secretariat;

e) Office of Labrador Affairs;

f) Office of the Chief Information Officer, with three branches as follows:

i) Corporate Services and Projects,

ii) Application and Information Management Services, and

iii) Operations and Security;

g) Office of the Premier; and

h) Women's Policy Office.
