Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 33 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, or his or her designate, to execute and deliver an Agreement with Husky Energy / Nalcor Energy that allows Interest Holders in the White Rose Expansion Project to share H-70Z well costs and A-78 well costs not in proportion to their working interest share in the lease, substantially as set out in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
