Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $6,071,000 in 2018-19; $6,025,200 in 2019-20; $5,755,800 in 2020-21; $5,421,400 in 2021-22; and $1,555,500 in 2022-23, to facilitate the award of a five-year contract to Johnson’s Construction Limited for road maintenance of the Trans Labrador Highway.
