Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to lease a parcel of land comprising 610.9m² and provide easements over land comprising 657.2m² at the Ocean Sciences Centre in Logy Bay, to Exxon Mobil Canada Properties, for a term of 15 years, with two five-year options to extend the lease, at an annual lease rate of $10,000 per annum.
