Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. John Phillips as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Policy and Planning - Acting) with the Labour Relations Agency, effective March 26, 2013, at his current salary, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to March 26, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein, and with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to the Executive to apply.
