Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant comprising of an area of land not exceeding 1.2 hectares situated at L’Anse-au-Diable, Labrador, to Labrador-Island Link Limited Partnership for the purpose of a shoreline electrode site, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
