Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mark Browne as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, with effect from July 31, 2017.
