Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations of up to $1,316,900 in 2018-19, and $400,000 in 2019-20, to facilitate the award of a contract with Ernst & Young for financial and procurement advisory services for the Corner Brook Acute Care Hospital.
