Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds in the amount of $1,325,900 in 2017-18 for system implementation and support costs; $280,900 in 2018-19, $188,100 in 2019-20 and $138,200 annually beginning in 2020-21 for licensing, training, support and maintenance of the Shared Atlantic Apprenticeship Management System in Newfoundland and Labrador.
