Under the authority of section 38(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ernst & Young as auditor of Memorial University of Newfoundland for a five year period commencing with fiscal year ending March 31, 2008, subject to annual reappointment by the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland.
