Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to pre-commit additional funds of $1.5 million against its 2008-09 budgetary allocation for the Regional/Sectoral Diversification Fund for a total pre-commitment authority of $2.5 million.
