Under the authority of section 28(3)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the creation of a new Activity (2.2.06 – Building Acquisition) and a transfer of funds thereto within the vote of the Department of Transportation and Works to facilitate the acquisition of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation Building, as follows:
