Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of $705,200 against its budgetary appropriations for 2008-09 to facilitate the completion of the Uninterruptible Power Supply system/upgrade at the Office of the Chief Information Officer Building, 40 Higgins Line, St. John’s.
