Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of the Department of Natural Resources and Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the “Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Implementation Agreement Between the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Government of Canada in Order to Implement the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Framework Agreement on Agricultural and Agri-Food Policy for the Twenty-First Century: Amending Agreement No. 11,” a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
