Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $160,000 against its 2008-09 budget allocation in order to complete Phase II of the Geological Files Scanning Project.
