Under the authority of subsection 7(7) of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources and Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, to adjust the expiration date of the current Sustainable Forest Management Plan for Forest Management District 23 (Postville, Labrador) from December 31, 2007 to December 31, 2008.
