Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $5,394,261 against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriations under Equipment Acquisitions to facilitate the purchase of 32 Tandem Axle Snow Plows.
