Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorizethe Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $158,500 and $39,700 for fiscal years 2008-09 and 2009-10 budgetary appropriations respectively, for Airstrip Maintenance, to facilitate the awarding of the contract and the continued maintenance and snow removal on the Natuashish Airstrip.
