Under the authority of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act and Part 17.42 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to transfer to the Inuit Community Government of Postville freehold title to all Provincial Crown land within the boundaries of the Inuit Community of Postville, the said provincial Crown land being more particularly described in Schedule A as attached hereto, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, subject to the limitations and conditions set out in Part 17.42 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement; all capitalized terms in this order have the same meaning as the corresponding item has in the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement.
