Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $538,000 against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriations under the Alterations and Improvements to Existing Facilities Block Funding Allocation, to facilitate an award of contract for over-cladding of the Arts and Culture Centre, Stephenville.
