Under the authority of section 6(5) of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to amend the terms and conditions originally set by OC2000-711 of the appointment of Mr. Robert Noseworthy as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities, effective December 1, 2006, in accordance with a letter dated November 10, 2006, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
